I always wanted you, even when I didn’t know what I craved. Even before the time I knew you. It was just like a click or one of those rare connections that shouts in every beat of your heart that it’s her, who you have been waiting for. You were always around, if not literally but in my thoughts. I know you were one of those chapters that I didn’t know the words to but always knew it existed. And when I finally found you and began to read, I knew I was home. I have wandered around all this time, getting hit by letters, muscled down by commas and blinded by hyphens. You are like one of those novels who could be read from page to page, cover to cover, word to word and it keeps getting better every time. They do say that one needs to be super-inspired and enthused to be in love with art. I am so sure that loving you is an art, and I am so badly inspired that its not something that would astray or fade away with time. I have barely felt the breeze kissing my cheek, but I don’t care because I have an antidote for everything that I would paint with utter care on sidelines and edges of your beauty. Only if you knew that it is something to stay, and I would wanna take a stand for it today and days to come.
