We understand your concern about the cancellation of your order .

I’m sorry to let you know that your order was cancelled by the seller as they can only fulfill orders for a limited quantity of this item. This is done to make sure that all customers have an equal opportunity to buy the item on Flipkart.  However, the seller is not able to give you the priority in the next sale but you can follow the below mentioned steps to place the order for the product: - Log in to your Flipkart account a few minutes before the scheduled {flash sale/time} time of {time}. - Please have the delivery address and contact details added to your Flipkart account, select it as ‘default’ and tap ‘Save changes’. This will ensure that your preferred address is the first one to be displayed for ease in selection. - Click on ‘Buy now’ instead of ‘Add to cart’ and complete the payment using your preferred payment mode. - In case you do not see the ‘Buy now’ button, keep refreshing the page. - You can choose payment modes like cash on delivery or card on delivery based on availability at your pincode so your purchase is completed faster. Also, the shipment was returned to the seller by Ecom Express on June 23, 2018 due to an unexpected courier related issue. A refund of Rs. 14999/- will be initiated within 4 business days from the date of cancellation. This is the time required for the courier service provider to confirm the cancellation. Once that is done, it will be credited to your Debit card within 6 business days, as per standard banking procedures. We completely understand and this isn't something we would want you to go through. You can be sure that we'll take definite steps to set this right. We've spoken to the concerned team and they're looking into this and they'll take utmost care to ensure this does not happen again.
