[CJCS] Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff
Rank(s) Held: O10/O11
The CJCS is by law, the highest ranking military official in the U.S. Armed Services. He is the top of the food chain and is to be respected greatly. He owns and runs the USMC.

[CMC] Commandant of the Marine Corps
Rank(s) Held: CMC/O10
The CMC is the highest ranking officer in the USMC. He oversees TECOM and advises the CJCS.

[DEPTGEN] Department General
Rank(s) Held: O9 or O10
The Department General is basically the CO above the CO. He supervises every single aspect of TECOM to ensure that things do not fall apart. It is his right as the Department General to remove, add, or replace any staff for the benefit of TECOM.

[CO] Commanding Officer
Rank(s) Held: O8
Commanding General of TECOM is the one who runs TECOM, he makes the handbooks and teaches those who need to be taught. He supervises the daily operations of TECOM.

[XO] Executive Officer

The Executive Officer is the assistant for the Commanding Officer, He also helps makes handbooks and teaches Marines what they need, He is also the person who runs TECOM when the Commanding Officer is not present.

[SMMC] Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps

The SMMC is the man who is responsible for all Enlisted personnel and is also the advisor for the CMC. Everything done in TECOM runs through him.

[SGTMAJ] Sergeant Major of TECOM
Rank: E9B - Sergeant Major
The TECOM Sergeant Major acts as the senior-ranking Drill Instructor in TECOM. He/she commands all enlisted staff and reports directly to the XO and CO.

[SECCO] Section Commander
Rank(s): O4-O6 - Major, Lieutenant Colonel, Colonel
There are 3 sections within TECOM, each led by a single Section Commander.
Section 1 is Recruit Training, Section 2 is Officer Candidate School, and Section 3 is DI School.

[SERCO] Series Commander
Rank(s): O1-O3 - Second Lieutenant, First Lieutenant, Captain
The position of Series Commander is best described as a training supervisor. They do not partake in trainings the way that Drill Instructor's do, but they are there to supervise, for safety.

[CDI] Chief Drill Instructor
Rank(s): E8b-E9a - First Sergeant, Master Gunnery Sergeant
The job of the Chief Drill Instructor is to supervise trainings as well as manage lower ranking Drill Instructors. CDI's can hold DI schools but can also remove lower ranking Drill Instructors.

[HDI] Head Drill Instructor
Rank(s): E8a-E8b - Master Sergeant, First Sergeant
The role of the Head Drill Instructor is to act as a supervisor to lower ranking Drill Instructors. Like the CDI, they can hold DI schools.

[AHDI] Assistant Head Drill Instructor
Rank(s): E7-E8a - Gunnery Sergeant, Master Sergeant
The role of Asst. Head Drill Instructor is similar to that of the HDI, but just a grade lower.

[SDI] Senior Drill instructor
Rank(s): E6-E7 - Staff Sergeant, Gunnery Sergeant
The role of the Senior Drill Instructor is to act as an immediate supervisor to DI's and JDI's. Usually, a training will be hosted by an SDI unless an AHDI+ is present.

[DI] Drill Instructor
Rank(s): E5-E7, Sergeant, Staff Sergeant, Gunnery Sergeant
The role of the DI is to conduct training for officer candidates and new recruits. DI's should not host trainings unless there are no higher ranking DI's available, but cannot single handily host OCS.

[JDI] Junior Drill Instructor

The role of the Junior Drill Instructor is to assist DI's with conducting trainings, but they may NOT host on their own.
