De seguida irá ser dada uma introdução à metodologia utilizada neste projeto, o Scrumban, sendo apresentada a origem desta e algumas características da mesma.
Posteriormente irão ser referidas aplicações e ferramentas utilizadas por este grupo que auxiliaram todo o projeto, tanto na preparação e no desenvolvimento do mesmo.
Após esta irão ser apresentados todos os requisitos requeridos para este projeto, sendo que a partir destes foram criadas várias User Stories, sendo estas apresentadas a seguir a esta etapa.
Por fim, irá ser apresentada a release planning deste projeto, que inclui a calendarização das sprints de desenvolvimento e as User Stories incluídas em cada uma destas.
