Tucker throws herself into the couch after she grabs a book from a nearby case and flips it open to a random page. She acts as if she's reading when a rather regal looking woman emerged from deeper in the home with a suitcase rolling behind her. Her long gray hair was slicked back and styled in an easy, modern manner. She wore a pencil skirt, stockings, heels, and a blouse. How professional. She practically glared at Tucker, looking at her up and down. "..I thought I heard more people here. And swearing. Next time I hear such things, I'll be sure to bar your window shut." Tucker's brows raise in surprise. She hadn't heard this voice in quite a while. "..Understood, m'am." "Good. You respond for once." The woman reaches for a jacket on a coat rack. "..When will you cease your nonsense and just stop being so stubborn?" And to that, Tucker doesn't respond. She just sighs heavily, continuing to stare down at the book in her lap. That doesn't exactly stop the woman though. "You need to grow up eventually, you know. Just accept what your father and I proposed, and then after that we must find--" "No." Tucker cuts her off. "I'm not talking about this right now. I'd rather have.. a normal conversation. Like an average mother and daughter would, you know? It's.. getting tiring. You rarely talk to me, and then when you finally say something, it's always business related." The copycat didn't look up from her book once as she spoke. Probably out of fear. "Do you think that'd be possible? A normal relationship?" The woman snorts. "...Farewell, Ms.Cordelia. I'll be back in a week." And with that, the female left the apartment with her luggage.
