Your job as a Bxrtender is to serve guest the drink/food they hope for. You want to make the guest day from bad to good with an amazing drink/food service!
👔 Uniform 👔:
You need to wear your uniform at ALL times. If we see you not wearing it at any times, it can lead to a suspension/demotion. The unicorn is located behind the receptionist desk.
🍨 Milkshakes 🍨:
To make a milkshake you need you grab the cup. The cup is on the back wall.
After that, you need to add the milk, located next to the cup.
After you add the milk, you need to add the flavor the guest hopes for.
Then, Blend, that's when the milkshake completely forms.
Nachos:
To make nachos, there are 2 about 3 steps. Easy peasy if you ask me.
First, get the holder, or basket. That is located to the left, behind the menu.
Then, Add the nachos!
If the guest wishes add cheese.
For the rest of the foods, (Chips, churro etc.) tap on them to get them.
♡ Greetings ♡:
You want to give the guest a VERY friendly greeting. It will make them want to stay and order. Here is an example of mine:
Hello! Welcome to Hilton Hotels Bar! I'm Mimi, I will be taking your order(s). What can I get you?
Hand-To:
To hand a guest anything you need to type in there full user. But where? Type it in on the right side in the little Hand-To box!
You MUST type there full user. Including capital letters, and underscores etc.
Three-Strike-System:
You will come across trollers, exploiters, and haters on your shift. Trollers, and haters get lll warnings. As well as small spammers.
The warnings must look professional like: Wl | Being Rude to staff | Mimi... And so on.
Do NOT give unprofessional warnings like: Wl | Noob | Mimi... That can lead to a suspension or demotion.
Exploiters or MAJOR chat flooders get no warnings. You will get a security member right away to cuff them. Then a HR/MR will join and kick them.
Tools:
You will receive two tools. (Three in all.) Those two tools are: The trolley and the staff card. And the common one that everyone gets... the briefcase.
The trolley is used to clean rooms, which you can do. ONLY if there are ll+ Bxrtenders. The trolley is a simple cleaning cart.
The staff card is to get in guest rooms. Do NOT abuse this tool by going in guest rooms freely. You must have permission, if someone is in the guest room, you may go settle it.
