Email Invitations To: All scouts and family members +CHAPLIN'S AID!! (Troop email Distribution List??) I can make another notes page and share this with the troop to be the digital/email invite.
Contact people who will write letters of acknowledgement. (How many?)
Send Hard Copy Invites To: Personal Family, Friends, Scoutmasters (for scout master's minute) and other leaders, attending guests speakers (if any).
Write Speech: Separate speeches per represented scout (please)
Organize Desired Patches (HOW MANY PATCHES CAN NORMALLY FIT ON A BOARD? with required patches like rank advancement badges) Also include OA sash. Possibly merit badge sash.
