Hi Aimee - hope you're well - if you would pass this email onto Gurmet I would very much appreciate it.

I have just received yet another call from your office in regards to the property I'm buying, saying that the vendor is getting stressed and annoyed about the speed of the sale, and threatening again to pull out.

I feel that these calls are unfair, unnecessary, and they are causing me undue stress.
I understand that the vendors are very keen to complete, and I am equally keen.

As the vendors discovered last week, any delay up until now has been due to an omission of their own. I have been extremely responsive and punctual throughout the process - and despite the delay caused by the vendors, initial timescales have upheld, we are only in the 7th week of the sale. 

The sale is due to complete In mid -end June, and I have been doing everything in my power to meet that, and will continue to do so.

I would be grateful if you could better effectively manage the vendors expectations, and pass on the information that I am doing all I can to ensure swift completion.

I do not expect to receive further phone calls of this type in the coming weeks.

If they wish to pull out due to timescales, that is their decision, but this is in the hands of my solicitor, who is under instruction to ensure completion as soon as possible. As such, I have nothing further to say on the matter.
