2. - Tingkat 1 - Menteri Sihir dan Staf Pendukungnya. Ekuivalen dengan kepala negara/kepala pemerintahan dengan kabinetnya.
- Tingkat 2 - Departemen Pelaksanaan Hukum Sihir. Salah satu departemen terpenting. Departemen ini bertugas membuat dan menegakkan hukum sihir dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat sihir.
- Tingkat 3 - Departemen Kecelakaan dan Bencana Sihir. Bertugas menanggulangi dan memperbaiki kerusakan fisik akibat sihir, terutama jika menarik perhatian muggle.
- Tingkat 4 - Departemen Pengaturan dan Pengawasan Makhluk-Makhluk Gaib. Bertugas untuk mengatur dan mengendalikan makhluk-makhluk sihir yang hidup di dunia sihir, terutama untuk tidak menarik perhatian muggle.
- Tingkat 5 - Departemen Kerjasama Sihir Internasional. Tugas dan fungsinya ekuivalen dengan Kementerian Luar Negeri di dunia nyata.
- Tingkat 6 - Departemen Transportasi Sihir. Bertugas mengatur hal-hal mengenai transportasi sihir.
- Tingkat 7 - Departemen Permainan dan Olahraga Sihir. Bertugas mengatur dan mengorganisasi pergelaran olahraga seperti Piala Dunia Quidditch dan Turnamen Triwizard.
- Tingkat 8 - ATRIUM
- Tingkat 9 - Departemen Misteri. Paling dijaga ketat dan kerja departemen ini tergolong rahasia, ekuivalen dengan badan intelijen
