We'd like to let you know that your order has been cancelled as smart pickup is filled.

We would like to let you know that the wishmaster will check the exchange item before the new item is handed over to you. Listed below are the checks that will be followed:

-IMEI number on mobile matches against IMEI number entered by customer
-Brand of mobile matches the brand entered by customer
-Mobile stays powered on without charger for 30 seconds
-Mobile screen is not broken
-The screen lock should not be active (all types of screen locks like pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart lock, etc should be de-activated)
-The i-Cloud account should be unlocked for iPhones

We would also like to let you know that the wishmaster will reject the exchange item in case:

-The product does not switch on
-The product is broken/ damaged
-There is a Mismatch in IMEI/Serial number/Model/Brand
-The product does not remain powered on for 30 sec on battery power
-You are not willing to allow check
-There is a mismatch in brand, size

If any of the conditions mentioned in the exchange policies are not met, the product new product will not be delivered and the exchange would be ‘hand to hand’.

How to check the availability:

We request you to kindly follow the below mentioned steps to exchange the product :

- Once you’ve decided which phone to buy, provide details of your old phone in the Exchange Offer form. Offer valid on select devices only.
- Before you hit ‘Buy Now’, check with your pin code if the Exchange Offer is available in your location. Exchange is possible in eligible pin codes only.
- Once the Order is placed, the new phone will be shipped. Hand in your old phone, in working condition, to the field executive at the time of delivery.

However, to avail exchange below are the guidelines to be followed :

- Check if Exchange offer is valid for the product.
- Should select the accurate Model, IMEI number, Serial number and the working condition of the product.
- Pay the discounted amount listed on the website.
- You will have to furnish the same product as opted during the purchase to FE while Delivery.
- You have to keep the products charged for the FE to check.
- Take a backup of the data before handing it over to the FE.
- You cannot avail the exchange once the order is placed without the offer. i.e. Once an exchange order is placed, You cannot convert an exchange order to a regular order by withholding the exchange product and giving the cash equivalent to FE. The only possibility is to cancel the exchange order and place a regular order.
