To whom it may concern:
Please acknowledge this as my resignation letter. The main reason for that was constant harasment, that I have experienced from members of management, Mr Daniel Baldwin, that comes drunk to work and is unable to control his temper, he shouted at me with or without the reason. He considered me a lower class, looked down on me, never missed an opportunity put me down. He was calling me names and gave me a nickname "Machine". Later on I knew that I'm going to be shouted at and insulted every day. Once I even bursted to tears, everyone has his own limits.
Mr Paul Bullie knew about the situation, but has not dealt with it. He, himself called me "f***ing d**k" Since this is member of senior management, I feel like there is no one who can help me and the harasment will never stop. It took time to make this decision, as I have to care for my family, back at home and need source of income, but I can not take it any more. Stress I experience is just overhelming. It's just killing me. The only way is to quit the job.
As to prevent things like that from happening to another member of staff, I do not want anyone to experience such psychological pressure, I am making a claim to an employment tribunal. I have already told Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (Acas) that I intend to do that.
