Pa onda dva koluta napred onda ima tri obruca dole i ti treba da skakuces kroz njih onda jos jedan kozlic samo sa onim ruckama.. posle imas onu sipku za zgibove i tu se podignes na ruke i uradis kolut napred, posle imas prepreke i provlacis se ispod njih i preskaces ih i posle uradis 3 koluta napred. :D to he ukratko.. :')
