Why?
When ones I care are in danger I freeze but I want to protect,
Why?
I feel like I am the word insanity,
Anything I do it haunts me,
Why can't my thoughts leave me be?
Why must I be full of anxiety,
Why?
I feel like I'm living my nightmare,
Trying to get out but I'm so scared,
Mine and other peoples lives don't compare,
And the counsellor be like "Do you want to share?"

Anxiety says "Why?" I'm like
BECAUSE I SAID SO!
These voices in my head don't play fair,
They say they'll make me kill myself I'm like,
DON'T YOU DARE!
I'm holding all my thoughts in,
I think I need a toxin,
All this living shit is boring,
I told my mother about depression and she said,
"It's a small thing."
YOU LIE!
It's the thing that makes me question my existence,
Why?
Depression just leave me be and let me feel ALIVE!
