Ziraat Bankası yönetimine yaklaşık 7 aydır kapalı olan burs hesabım 1 hafta önce dosyamın kapatılıp hesabımın açılması gerekirken açılmayıp banada sağlıklı bilgi dörtyol şubesi tarafından verilmemiştir bunun üzerine maliye adana şube müdüründen eda hanımdan dosyamın kapalı olup hesabımın acilen açılması aksi durumda yasal yaptırım yapılacağı yazılı belgeyi 2 gün önce şubesine ilettim fakat halen daha hesabımın açılmadığı görülmektedir müşteri hizmetlerini aradığımda adana dörtyol şubesi yönetim ve çalışanlarının keyfi ve kasıtlı olarak hesabımı aktif duruma getirmedikleri söylenildi tarafınızca acilen gereğinin yapılmasını tarafımcada tüm yasal haklarımı kullanıcağımı bildiririm Ziraat bankası gibi ülkemizin güzide bir kuruluşunun böyle bir lekeye maruz kalmasını ben vatandaş olarak hazmedemiyorum tekrar gereğinin yapılmasını saygılarımla arz ederim
