Now, with almost a month into the summer break, I found myself in a terrible situation. Although my sports are getting better tremendously, including golf, basketball and vertical, my academic and overall life is failing miserably. I have yet to get myself back on track of learning, study vigorously. My math skills is slowly receding as spend less and less time on khan academy. My goals all crumpled, and I am using my phone way to much. Beside all these, I didn't read, didn't write, I'm stuck, stress fully upstairs concerning about my height, my hairline, and the way I look. These are all caused by BS, and this is why now I'm determined to change. If this continue, my life would fail, my dream will not be reach and I will not receive respects from anyone. There are some important rules that I must following starting right now at this moment
First, cut the BS, or at least put a great limitation on it. Maybe once a week will be fine, but I can feel it is making me depressed, less energetic, and too concerning which led to my overall performance academically because I can't concentrate
Second, limit the use of phone, if to watch certain movie, cast it on TV therefor I can lift weights, stretch, or do other excersise while watching it
Third, every morning, the first thing to do after waking up is to plan out what to do during the day and write it on the white board downstairs. The daily academic needs to include at least 1 hour of math, 30 minutes of reading, 30 minutes of world history, and either 30 minutes of Spanish, Coding, or Economic
I believe in myself, I can turn this around. It doesn't mean that I have to be banned from games, movies or most importantly, TV shows. I just need to find a balance inbetween them, and starting now is already late, but not too late. U have had so much regret in my life, and I definitely won't want to have another one, the biggest one by simply enjoy myself in the moment but not looking further. Like what I just said, starting right now, before lunch, I need to finish all unfinished work from yesterday. After lunch, I will be reading downstairs, sitting straight up on the desk with my phones away, for at least 30 minutes. I will transit quickly to the other reading assignments, such as the text book, and the quizzes. At night, or afternoon, my goal is to learn khan for an hour, complete the whole vector section of Pre-calculus, and spend 30 minutes on world history.
Overview: writing 30 min, reading 30 min, assignments and quizzes 30min, khan 60 min, world history 30min, classes 120 min

I might not be tall, I might simply stay in the same height, but that is just failing in some aspects of the life, however, if I don't get my academic straight, I will be failing in all part of my life. Every successful person had been through situations life this, it might be a long period of time or it might be a one-minute challenge, they all faced it, and it is the line between success and stay ordinary. Of course, if I can reach at least 6 feet by the end of high school, I will be happy.
In conclusion, stop worry too much about the uncontrollable factors, and start working hard for the controllable factors or goals. All my anxiety, depression and concerning might be normal, but they also can be a side effect from BS, and that is exactly why I need to cut the BS to see if things start to improve. I have been a lazy, retarded, high-tempered person for the most part of my life, the four years of high school is the time to turn around, and this summer will be crucial for that. This is probably the last summer I will have to be idle, and this will be the most efficient summer I will ever had. I will fix all my mistakes, and FUCK these shit up.
