Goals:
-get through school without looking at certain things, look up at the sealing if needed.
-if you go to restroom then don't play around just use the normal procedure, wash up then leave go back to class.
-at home do hw downstairs, if need pc than use the one downstairs, or use the upstairs one if theres no other way.
-once finished with hw go downstairs wright away, don't hesitate.
-if in room dont play around just listen to music etc.
-if you start thinking" just get up do jumping jacks run around go outside for stuffs and talk to people.
-before you know it it will be time for bed.
use this everyday, weekends might be different but try other things, it's gonna be a long day at home, find activities to take your mind of this stuff. don't fall down stay up and make your life great, you only get one dollar for the vending machine.
