star stable: There should be a "realistic" and "unrealistic" mode in the settings. in the realistic mode your horse may sometimes stumble be sassy speed up slow down, buck, kick, rear, at unexpected times, and also their tail is always flickering to the left or sometimes the right, they make more neighs at sudden times and your horse can sometimes roll over causing the horse to get dirty making you having to groom it, and when you feed and water, groom and pick your horses hoof there should be where when you run in dust or mud (and regulary run) your horse will have dust on him and sploshes of dirt/mud so when you groom him you see dust come off (your horse is now clean) and the mud stuff you hose off. and every horse that breed example: there is a connemara. all connemaras of that breed look EXACTLY the same cause they ARE the SAME every time you buy a horse there should be a thing at the bottom where you can add a star or stripe and other different features (some darker or a lighter shade) and on the unrealistic mode can be for when your taking pics or doing a dressage routine or just want it off, and one more thing, SPOOKING, every horse sometimes spooks making them bolt which is unexpected and REALISTIC and when they bolt sometimes you fall off and your horse may get hurt and you get hurt, having you to take your horse to the vet. i also think there should be a first person mode, where you can see through the eyes of your own person you holding the reins and you bouncing up and down. theres a ton of things i can come up with to make the game better but these are my main tops (also weather would be LIT)
