We understand your concern that you are facing issue in transfer of your amount form Phonpe wallet to your bank account.
These are few steps you can follow:
Step 1: Go to “My Wallet” page and click on Flipkart Money Withdraw option.
Step 2: You can select a tab from where you want to withdraw money (Flipkart Refund or Top-up Money).
Step 3: If you wants to withdraw the Top up amount:
The withdrawal is always to the original source of payment. You can click ‘Confirm’.
-Next you will see a pop up for successful transaction:
Step 4: If you to withdraw Flipkart Refund amount:
You can select the bank account and enter the withdrawal amount.
-At the bottom, you will get an option to add another bank account.
-You can enter the account details. In case, you are not sure about IFSC code, then you can take help from ‘Look up’ option.
-Once you clicks on ‘Look up’, it will redirect you to the new page.
-You can enter the bank details and click on ‘GET CODE’.
-Click on ‘Confirm’ tab after entering all the details.
-Next you will get a pop up for successful transaction.
