Thesis:
Jozui's argument about the boycotting of advertisers that use celebrity testimonies to promote their products is unsupported due to the fact that advertisements are a form of speech which can not be controlled, the notion of a misleading commercial is one for the consumers to judge, not for the individual to legislate, and the fact that this strategy has been used for decades and there has been no arguments saying that the intelligence of the audience has been insulted.

1st Body:
Whether or not an audience member is against the marketing strategies used by an advertiser, commercials are a form of free speech which can not be eliminated by arguments against them, Jozui's being one of them. Much like a newspaper article or a documentary, advertisements are works of "film". There is a production team, a director, and writers. In the commercial about Samsung's Galaxy S4, shown as one of the Super Bowl commercials, actors Seth Rogen and James Franco are shown arguing about how good the phone is. Whether people agree with their statements or think that the commercial is ridiculous, the message the company paid money to convey is an act of free speech, similar to hiring a famous celebrity to go out on the street and yell the same thing. It is one that can not be taken out by a group that thinks that it misleads the audience because it is, by law, unconstitutional, thereby falsifying the argument presented by Sue Jozui about the audience's supposed "negative views" on using celebrities to promote products.
