She looked through the crack, an eye. Her breath hitched, she was frozen in place, staring at this eye. She knew there was something in the room-- it was never shown to her, the door always locked. Her parents told her it was for storage from when they moved into the house. But she knew. The odd noises, the cold breeze that would give her goosebumps when she passed by, the dark and eerie feeling that would make her sick when she stared at the door... everything added up. So, the girl looked through the crack between the wall and the door. For a second, all she saw was an empty room *there's something up, I knew it! Why else would it be empty?* Suddenly, she did see something. A face, it had wide open blue eyes. She could barely see anything except for that eye, nightmarish and bloodcurdling. She stumbled back, finally free of the frozen grasp holding her feet in place. The eye disappeared and she never saw it again. (should i keep that ending?)
