We're sorry to know that you could not buy the 'Redmi 3S Prime' you were looking for during the flash sale.

Due to the overwhelming response for the item, the seller ran out of stock soon after the sale started.

Not to worry, you can use the 'Notify Me' option on the product page to know once the item is back in stock so that you can plan your purchase accordingly.

Here are a few tips that can help you complete your purchase faster during a {flash sale/sale}:

- Log in to your Flipkart account a few minutes before the scheduled {flash sale/time} time of {time}.
- Please have the delivery address and contact details added to your Flipkart account, select it as ‘default’ and tap ‘Save changes’. This will ensure that your preferred address is the first one to be displayed for ease in selection.
- Click on ‘Buy now’ instead of ‘Add to cart’ and complete the payment using your preferred payment mode.
- In case you do not see the ‘Buy now’ button, keep refreshing the page.
- You can choose payment modes like cash on delivery or card on delivery based on availability at your pincode so your purchase is completed faster.

Also, we would like to let you know that a new feature is now avaliable 'Waitlist'. If you have missed buying the product during the first instance of the flash sale can now opt to join the Waitlist.

Here are the steps you have to follow while joining the Waitlist:

1. If you are unable to buy the product in Flash Sale, you will get an option to join the Waitlist on the product page.
2. You will see the screen 'Added to Waitlist' when other customers are in the process of buying the product.
3. Once the product is back in inventory/ In stock (this can happen due to some customers in the purchase funnel have dropped off/ cancelled), you will be notified about it through a push notification and in an App notification.
4. Once you are notified about it, they will have 2 minutes to click on 'Buy now' button.
5. If you did not click on 'Buy now' within 2 minutes, you will not be able to buy the product and the product will be allocated to some other customer who is in the waitlist
6. After you click on 'Buy now', you will be given 15 minutes to complete the checkout and the order will be confirmed

Also, we would like to tell you that Join waitlist option does not guarantee that the customer will get the product to purchase.
