Personal experience and thoughts
Personally, I have met many foreign workers that work in our country. I have both good and bad experiences towards foreign workers. Few months back, I was working as a promoter during semester break. During this period of time, I had a chance to work with a foreign worker who changes my opinion towards them. In the first day of my work, I was required to help the unloading job at the loading bay. My colleague and I was confused of what we should do as the management did not gave us clear instructions and we were not familiar with the environment. Fortunately, the worker in charged for loading was very friendly and he guided us thoroughly so that we are able to complete the task. He told us that he came from Myanmar to our country to earn more money to raise his family. He had been working in Malaysia for 4 years and he can speak Malay language quite fluently. Moreover, he also mentioned that he is trying to learn English language hoping that he could get a better job. He wished to have a job with higher pay so that he can afford to go back to his hometown to visit his family members. The working ethic he had
