Below process will be followed for invoice request cases in which agents are not able to download the invoice in SA.
If agents are not able to download in SA they will check in Flo - https://10.47.4.109/
FBF orders: We need to use APL Console

NON-FBF orders: MPIO/ SP-doc link to download the invoice.

Post checking with the above links if agent is not able to download, they should keep the incident under WFIU for 48 hours and fill the form.
Post 48 hours agents should reach team leader and check whether they will be able to download and share it with agent, if they are not able to download they should send the email to customer stating due to some technical error they are not able to download the invoice and request for 24 hours TAT to customer.

Note: flo is not a mandatory check but the possible way. Sharing password for the same would be considered as a ZT.
