Should women in general be paid the same as men
In many country there are no equal gender rights and one example is salary. We present to you many reasons women should be paid the same or less then men.

Yes they should,
If a women is exceptional at her sport, she should be rewarded for that just as male athletes are. It is unfair to deduct money from women sports salary by saying that they are not as athletic or as entertaining as men. It is only fair for female athletes to be paid the same as males. You should be paid for the work you do, payment should not be based on what your gender is. It is unacceptable for a female doctor to be paid less because more patients like being treated by male doctors. Men and women are equal. Women are people too if men get to play sports and get to be paid a lot then women should be able to too because they work just as hard as men. I strongly believe that girls deserve just as much of a pay. Boys need to come to the point that this can not happen forever. For girls to get to the same level as men even though men are more built for all sports.Women work so hard for society and we pay them less? This is ridiculous! If men and women do the same job and are payed less whats the point of even having equality? Some women work even harder than men and if not harder! If women are payed the same in regular jobs then why not in sports too?

No they should not,
If the women want the same pay, we should get rid of gender based sports and just have one competition for all. Then there can be no complaints over pay, but you wouldn't see many women on sports anymore as they can't compete at the highest level.Men's games tend to attract a bigger crowd, therefore earning more money for the franchise. Men's games only receive more attention than women's games because of the intensity and skill involved. Take AFL for example. The AFL men's league always has a larger crowd than the newly formed women's league. This is because the male athletes play at a higher intensity and have a higher skill level than women. They are physically weaker than men and constantly earn less money from advertising. Why would you pay them the same amount. It's like paying one cook that cooks worse food and provides that food to less restaurants the same as a professional chef.
