If you fail to collect your shipment within 5 days, the shipment will go back to the warehouse. Your order will be canceled and you will have to reorder the product again from our website. A full refund will be initiated from our end.
You will have to give your pin & showcase a valid photo-id to the store manager in order to collect your package. We accept the following Photo-ids: PAN, Driving License, Aadhar Card, Employer Id card, Voters id card, Government approved cards, Photo printed Credit/Debit card, Bank Passbook.
We've spoken to the courier service provider and they're looking into this and they'll take utmost care to ensure this does not happen again.
