1 MC : Memimpin alur acara debat, timer, penentu peserta pro/kontra
1 Moderator : Memimpin jalannya debat, mengeluarkan statement, mengatur giliran peserta.
(+) Saat sesi debat berakhir MC & Moderator memberikan laporan peserta mana saja yang melebihi waktu yang diberikan dan mengumpulkan nilai dari para juri.
[❗] RULES :
1. Masing-masing peserta mendapat 2x pro & 1x kontra dan tidak boleh ada yg sama dalam 1 turn. (Akan diacak melalui generator)
2. Total akan ada 3 statement yang diperdebatkan.
3. Peserta baru boleh mengeluarkan opininya jika dipersilahkan oleh moderator. Dan apabila waktu yang diberikan untuk mengeluarkan opini tersebut habis maka harus berhenti saat itu juga. (MC yang akan menghitung waktunya)
[❗] STEP :
1. Peserta akan diminta memilih nomor 1 - 3 lalu diacak melalui number generator untuk menentukan akan dapat posisi Pro/Kontra.
2. Diberi statement oleh moderator.
3. Pihak pro 1 maju untuk opening opinionnya.
4. Pihak kontra maju untuk opening opinionnya.
5. Pihak pro 2 maju, menanggapi statement si kontra di poin 4.
6. Kontra maju untuk sergah balik.
7. Pro 1 sergah balik jawaban kontra di poin 6.
8. Closing statement kontra.
9. Closing statement pro.
[❗] PERHITUNGAN WAKTU :
- 8 menit untuk opening opinion
- 7 menit untuk poin 5-7
- 8 menit untuk poin 8-9
( estimasi waktu 3,5 jam debat selesai )
[❗] FORMAT PENILAIAN UNTUK PARA JURI
( Target 100pts )
Kriteria penilaian :
1. Waktu (5pts)
2. Manner ( 35pts) : penggunaan bahasa(keakuratan tata bahasa, menolak/meyakinkan, gaya bahasa, pemilihan kata), pembawaan diri (semangat/emosi/percaya diri), humor (anecdot/joke), tidak ada penyerangan secara pribadi
3. Matter (40pts) : Pendapat harus logis, pendapat harus relevan dengan topik, bukti yang mendukung, pendapat dapat dibuktikan, tanggapan terhadap dinamika perdebatan (bantahan atau penolakan)
4. Method (20pts) : penataan dan pergorganisasian ide/gagasan pendapat. (tujuan dan arah pembicaraan, pengungkapan pendapat, kesimpulan yang sudah diungkapkan), cara merespon bantahan/penolakan.
Note : Jadi jelas nanti untuk peserta yang waktunya terpotong tidak dapat tambahan 5 pts.
