Hello riot support member, I am sadly having to write this message to you, after all of the long and painstakingly hard hours, that has been super fun too that I have put into the game. I have been permabanned!! This is ridiculous as I feel like I have not been given fair warning in the such and after all of the hours I have put into the game not to mention the money I have spent on it for it to all go down the drain for something as ridiculous as what I'm about to show you. Right, the story starts with a few chat bans that I have received in the past which I have no problem with as they were justified. Later I did, in fact, get a suspension of my account in which I have learnt my lesson. However, I have had games today that have had people flaming me and also afking and I have repeatedly given my opinions on their plays/playstyle. This I do not believe warrants a permaban or even a chat ban, as I have heard much worse said and I myself have said much worse before. Also this time I didn't receive any warning for my permaban. What I mean by this was that I was aware that I would get a suspension If I flamed more and I did. But now it has been such a long time and I haven't been chat banned and even climbed out of honour 0 to honour 1 I believe and now all of a sudden my last three losses where I have shown some discontent and disappointment to my AFKING and FLAMMING teammates, who I have told to not abuse me and told them my opinions, suddenly gives me a permaban. This is outrageous in my opinion and should be reviewed and also seeing that I have had such a long period of stability, this should be revoked. I was under the impression that staying cool for a while will put me back on track and not just leave me after a suspension, on the edge of being permabanned out of thin air. Not only that I have been waiting 5 DAYS to play my beloved AURELION SOL who I have been waiting for a second skin to come out for, for ages now. This is not very frustrating as, in theory, I will never be able to play him again. Is this really how your players should be treated and how a game will, in my opinion, die out, as there may be changes to the gameplay of lol but no actual dier changes, that are actually needed to the flame system, such as inclusion of week bans, month bans and maybe year bans as milestones. Such as games such as CSGO.

Not once did I really use much profanity unlike my teammates in that game and not once did I abuse the actual person just critiqued their actions and decisions, which I believe I am entitled to do. Also, the messages I have typed only got worse as the game progressed as I had had enough of their constant flame and afking and other things which clearly got me wound up...
