-similar to an actual siren, the user has to sing to "seduce" others--- which can loll them into a sort of trance. It can affect those from up to 30 feet away from the user. it works best in environments where the sounds can echo (like a theater) though this could disorient the user/make them dizzy.
-basically, when they sing to others, they can easily hypnotize them to do their bidding, though it also has to do with whatever emotion they can project into their voice as well. if they sing about anger, it most likely could drive the ones who hear their voice to feel angry, and depending what they sing about in their lyrics, can probably drive the people to do their bidding.
-while in a trance, those who are hypnotized cannot think. the only way they can break off/prevent the trance is if they have something to put in their ears or have someone who can't be affected can try and snap them out of it.
-works best on the gender/genders they're attracted to, and probably works the best with those who they care about. doesn't work as well with seniors and children.
