- user can make a small portal that can transport them up to 30 feet away, though quirk can only be activated while sneezing.
-user can only transport objects as tall as themself, and also can't transport objects that weigh more then themself as well.
-when activating the quirk, they quickly have to think of exactly where they want to be or the quirk will just transport them somewhere at random. obviously, if they have a cold, the quirk wouldn't work that well with them and make them spontaneously transport themselves places.

-user can turn any liquid at will into ice at the touch of their bare skin. whether it be their own tears or even blood, they can turn it into ice. the only way the quirk won't be activated is if the object is hotter then their own normal body temp. they also have to make sure to stay in cool temps so their bodies don't overload on themselves.
-probably can easily be controlled-- since really, all they have to do is expose their bare skin to the liquid of their choice and can freeze it, though the warmer it is the longer it takes to completely "Freeze" over. ex: if the water was 60 in temp, it would probably just frost over at first before slowly making a more solid form of ice.
