We understand that you want the refund in cash instead of PhonePe wallet.
We would like to tell you that the seller is unable to provide you hard cash.
We'd like to tell you that the seller has refunded Rs 299/- to PhonePe Wallet on August 11, 2017 and this amount will credited by August 17, 2017.

However, you can choose to transfer the wallet money to your bank account.
We request you to please follow these given steps:
- Go to “My Wallet” page and click on Flipkart Money Withdraw option.
- Select 'Flipkart Refund' to withdraw money.
- Click on confirm.
- Next, you will see a pop up for the successful transaction.
- Select the bank account and enter the withdrawal amount.
- At bottom, you will get an option to add another bank account.
- Enter the account details. In case, you're not sure about IFSC code then take help from Look up option.
- Once you click on Look up, it will redirect you to the new page.
- Enter the bank details and click on GET CODE.
- Click on confirm tab after entering all the details.
- Next, you will get a pop up for the successful transaction.
We'd also like to inform you that it takes 5 business days to reflect in your bank account. Once the withdrawal is initiated within 2-3 business days, an ARN/UTR number is shared to you via email/SMS. Through ARN/UTR number, you can check the refund status with your respective bank.
In case if the bank account details do not match/get approved, you will get an SMS/Email of failed transaction and the amount is reversed to the wallet. Nothing can be done if you enter wrong account details and transaction is processed.
