cod to pod Approved till dispatched

We understand that you want to pay online for the order of ''.

We'd like to let you know that 'Pay Now' is a new feature that lets you convert your COD purchases to prepaid before they are out for delivery.

Below are the eligibility criteria to avail the COD to Prepaid payment conversion:
Orders with single unit
From 'Approved till dispatched', the COD to POD option is available for all courier service providers. Once the item is 'Dispatched till OFD', the COD to POD option is available only for Ekart shipments
The status of the order is between 'Approved to OFD'
Current payment mode is COD (Cash on Delivery)
Customers can change the payment mode through Self-serve (web/app) or using the link provided to customers via an/sms

Payment methods available are:
Debit Card
Credit card
Netbanking
PhonePe payments

Steps to make payment:
Customers will see a new button 'PAY NOW' on web/ App under 'Track your order' page as shown below only if all the above criterias are met:
Once customer clicks on this button, a new page will open up with the list of payment options
Customer will have the option to select from Net banking, Credit Card, Debit Card to make the payment (EMI, EGV payment method will not be available)
Once the payment is successful, customer will be redirected to 'Order Details' page with the new payment mode and appropriate message
Payment information will be sent to EKL and payment mode will be updated to prepaid, so that EKL will not ask customer for payment at the time of delivery
If the payment is unsuccessful/ fails, customer will see a failure message and can retry the payment after 30 mins

When the product is Out for Delivery (COD to POD):

PoD (PhonePe On Delivery) is a payment option, extended by Ekart. This will make it easier for customers to continue enjoying the convenience of COD ordering
Once their Cash on Delivery orders have been marked as 'Out for Delivery', customers will be given an option to pay for their orders using the PhonePe App
The payment link would remain active until the time of delivery
Eligibility criteria to avail COD to POD payment conversion:

Courier service provider is Ekart
Current payment mode is CoD (Cash on Delivery)
PhonePe payment app should be installed/ available
This payment option is available only in selected regions
Payment methods available are:

PhonePe wallet
PhonePe UPI
Saved Credit/Debit cards in PhonePe app
Steps to make the payment:

Customer places a COD order on Flipkart
Ekart sends an SMS to the customer about the PhonePe payment option when the product is "Out for Delivery"
Customer makes payment using their PhonePe app
Once the payment is successfully made, the payment will start reflecting as "Prepaid" in wishmasters device
