9. Undur undur laut, merupakan sebuah hewan laut yg
banyak disebut juga sebagai Emerita sp. Merupakan hewan
yang termasuk Crustacea, dan dapat dikatakan kerabat
dengan udang, kepiting, lobster, juga teripang.Emerita juga memiliki karapaks juga dua antena seperti
sisir dengan bentuk “V” yg digunakan untuk menangkap
makanan. Makanannya adalah plankton dan detritus di air,
oleh karena itu sering disebut filter feeder. Ia hidup di
pasir pantai terbuka, terutama yg berpasir hitam/besi. Ia juga tersebar luas di sepanjang pesisir
laut Atlantik sampai peru juga chille. Jangan lupa juga
dengan kandungan gizi, juga mineral besi, tembaga, dan
protein yang terkandung.
