Not to worry, you can place a new order using the exchange offer with another exchange product. Alternatively, you can also buy the product without availing the exchange offer
Here are few important conditions in which the product can be returned and the exchange product will not be picked:
1. Product doesn’t switch on.
2. The drum doesn’t spin.
3. The product has any damage both internal or external body of the washing machine. (damages include cracks or broken parts/doors).
4. The product has visible rust in any part of the body (including bottom part).
5. The product has visible dents in any part of the body.
We'd also like to let you know that the seller has refunded Rs. 22987/- for your order to your Credit Card on July 25, 2018. This will be credited to your account by August 02, 2018, as per standard banking procedures.
If you do not receive the refund by this time, you can contact your bank's customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the refund reference number 74332748207820699456521. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department and they will surely help you out.
