2. Dialog

Artinya, jalannya cerita drama itu diketahui oleh penonton lewat dialog para pemainnya. Agar dialog itu tidak hambar, pengucapannya harus disertai penjiwaan emosional. Selain itu, pelafalannya harus jelas dan cukup keras sehingga dapat didengar semua penonton. Seorang pemain yang berbisik, misalnya harus diupayakan agar bisikannya tetap dapat didengarkan para penonton.
3. Improvisasi
Pengertian Improvisasi dalam Teater , Rendra (1993:70) mengatakan bahwa improvisasi merupakan ciptaan spontan ketika seorang aktor bermain peran. Ada juga yang berpendapat bahwa improvisasi adalah penciptaan seketika, tanpa persiapan, atau rencana (Panuti Sudjiman, 1990:37).
