Hilton Hotel Questions (Training Receptionists)
Greetings! I'm Bright, and I will be your trainer for this session! :)
We will be doing a 5 question recap quiz, and 2 role plays. Any unanswered questions before I start?
Okay. Please remember that 3 grammar mistakes is an automatic fail, so make sure to double check sentences. ;)
Also, if you answer more than 3/5 questions wrong on the quiz, or are unsuccessful at a role play, you will fail this training.
Let us begin with the 5 question quiz. Are you ready to start?
1. What is your greeting?
(Something like "Hello! Welcome to Hilton Hotels, how may I help you?")
2. What is your job as a Receptionist?
(To give rooms and answer questions.)
3. How do you give and take a room? (Please give me an example for each one too.)
(give/take (USERNAME) room/suit (NUMBER))
4. How many warnings do you give an exploiter? And how many warnings do you give a troller?
(0 and 3).
5. Where are the uniforms located?
(Behind the desk).

Now we are on to the role play version of the test!
I will come up to you with 2 situations, and you must act appropriately to each one I give you, understand?
First is the troll test. Oh, and please note, whatever I say throughout this portion of the test, do not take it offensively!

If you have the Suite gamepass you should be in the Suite lane!
So please kindly step over there and someone will get you a suite there.
You can search the Hilton Hotels group, or click the creator of the game in blue text you would see before joining this game.
That will lead you to the group. Join it!
You can go to a scheduled interview in the group, or go fill an application (only open on Saturdays)!
If you pass you will become a rank 3| Awaiting Training.
You would then go to a scheduled training session to get the job you desire.

HILTON HOTELS TRAINING GUIDE!---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello! I'm Bright, and I will be your Receptionist Trainer for this session.
Behind me are my lovely helper(s)! Be kind to them, they have taken the time out of their day to help you.
Please hold all questions until the end, and try not to go AFK, as you may miss important things you didn't know about.
I also encourage you to take notes, as your trainers will quiz you after about all the things I'm about to talk to you about.
Everyone understand?

Section 1/7- Job of a Receptionist.

As a Receptionist you will answer questions, and handing out rooms and suites to guests.

To give a player a room you will say “give (PLAYER) room (NUMBER)”.
For example:
give Bright room 201
To take a room away from a player you will say "take (PLAYER) room (NUMBER)".
For example:
take Bright room 201
To give a player a suite (you guessed it), you will say “give (PLAYER) suit (NUMBER)”.
For example...
give Bright suit 200
And of course, to take a suite away from a player you will say "take (PLAYER) suit (NUMBER)".
For example...
take Bright suit 200
Remember not to add ":" before it, like ":give Bright room 301".
Also, this is the only time you don't use punctuation or capitols when speaking, as it messes up the command.

We know Suit is supposed to be spelled Suite, but in this case for the board we say Suit. :)

On the board, Red means that room is taken, Green is free to give away!
Before giving someone a room or suite, make sure that they don't have a room already.
If they do take their previous one(s) away until they are left with the one you are giving them.
The board will automatically take away the room if they leave or die so you will not have to do Room Checks!

As a Receptionist, you can also do other jobs such as being a Bxrtender or a Housekeeper.
Note that you should only do these extra jobs if all of the lanes for reception are filled.
If not, giving people rooms are more important for you.

When working, you will not abuse your duties.
Some examples of abusing would be Security cuff abusing, Receptionist giving all people the same room, or giving out free suites...
...a Bxrtender spamming food to guests, or a Housekeeper breaking into a random guest's room.
All of these are NOT TOLERATED! If you see a staff member doing this, contact an MR immediately.
For extra evidence (that would really help), take a screenshot or recorded the staff member.
You can then upload it to YouTube!

Section 2/7- Tools.

You will join the game with 3 tools.
1- Staff Card.
This is used to get into all the rooms. This is only used as a Housekeeper, or if Security needs to get someone in their room.
If you abuse the staff card, be prepared to be suspended or demoted.
2- Trolley.
The only purpose is role playing as a Housekeeper, as it is something to push around, and clean with.
3- Briefcase.
Well everyone joins the game with this, so this has no purpose unless your a Hotel Guest role playing.

Section 3/7- Lanes.

There are 3 lanes for guest to enter in order to get their rooms/suites.
The Gold Lane is the Fast Lane, and you must serve these guest first. You may only serve these guests rooms.
The White Lane is the Suite Lane, and you will be handing these people suites.
The Blue Lane is the Standard Lane. Hand these guests rooms.
If someone asks for a Suite in a lane other than the White Lane DO NOT hand them a suite.
Just kindly ask them to move to the Suite Lane. :)

Section 4/7- Greetings.

When talking to a Guest you are going to start with a friendly greeting, to make the guests feel welcome!
A standard greeting would look like...
“Hello! Welcome to Hilton Hotels how may I help you today?”
But feel free to make it your own and spice it up! For example mine is...
"Greetings! Welcome to Hilton Hotels! My name is Bright, how can I help you on this marvelous day? :)"
A greeting should not look like this...
"yo m8 whats up do you want a room?"
Because it does not use proper grammar and punctuation, and it uses "slang" words.

Section 5/7- Warnings.

As you keep working at Hilton, you will come across some trollers or minor spammers.
In that case you must first ask them FIRMLY to stop.
If they don't, give them a warning.
If you end up giving them 3 warnings, call security, and after that call an MR/HR.
Good warnings should look like this...
Warning 1 Bright_ii- Abusing caps lock, Warning 2 Bright_ii- Spamming, and so on.
This is a few examples of some bad warnings...
Warning 1 Bright_ii- Ugly, Warning 2 Bright_ii- Fat, and so on.
You may come across an exploiter or a major spammer. They get 0 warnings.
A major spammer is someone using inappropriate language, using big paragraphs, or is also exploiting. (Just so you know. c;)
If you give someone has their 3 warnings, or has their 0, and there are no security or MR/HRs, use the group wall.
Asking for help on the group wall should not look like this...
"HELP HACKER COME QUICK!"
Instead, it should look like this...
"Hello, I have a troller in my server with 3 warnings and I need an MR/ HR. Thanks!
MRs and HRs are very busy keeping Hilton a happy and family friendly place, so please be patient once you call them.
Also, make sure that anyone can join your game in settings, so security or a MR/ HR can get to you.

Section 6/7- Uniforms.

As a staff member, you are expected to wear a uniform. You can buy the regular ones in the group catalog nowhere else.
If you don't have robux, not to worry! Because there is a pair for you in the back room of the reception desk.
You are expected to wear these uniforms ALL THE TIME or else you might be demoted.
Now, there is another uniform called HR Uniform. DO NOT BUY IT! It is for the High Ranks in the group only.
If you have it, it must be removed, or expect a demotion, or even a suspension!
Do not buy fake uniforms from fake Hilton groups or the regular catalog, or you will have the same consequences.

Section 7/7- Tips to pass.

Here are just some tips to pass!
1- Always use grammar, 3 grammar mistakes and you automatically fail. (Double check sentences if I were you. c;)
2- Respect your trainer. I don't need to explain, just be nice! They are using their own time to train you.
3- Take your time. Don't rush typing in case you mess up. You don't have a time limit, unlike the Interviews!
4- If you get a question/ role play wrong, or fail the test, ask your trainer why, and then you will know for next time!
5- Don't worry about the training's, if you remember and do everything I say, you will have a VERY good chance of passing.

I believe my time has come to an end, Does anyone have any questions? If you do, now is the time to get them out.
Before I let the trainees go, remember trainers...
5 question recap quiz, and 2 role plays (troll test, basic role play). 3 grammar mistakes and you must fail them.
