kardemomme_kisses I'm sorry but a lot of people in this comment section are being really unfair to Hoseok. First of all I have noticed there are frictions within armys themselves with many shading and implying or outwards saying he is inferior to namgi and really...is it not time to let that 2013 mentality die already? I agree they have ug experience he lacks but while that would have made a difference back then it's been six years by now since he joined and since then he has trained and practiced tirelessly to fully develop his skills. Fck I don't really expect anything from antis because they have their own agendas and will keep doing what they do but it really hurts seeing this very fandom still not giving him the credit he deserves even after he released HopeWorld this year where everything was completely self made and if anything it solidifies him even more as a fully rounded rapper. Did you guys listen to it with a critical ear? Because what I heard was someone who has found their own color and flow which is completely unique (while you could hear yoongi's influence in the first couple of years), I heard someone who has excellent control on his flow and amazing versatility since he can switch and did switch between so many different styles in the blink of an eye, I heard someone who didnt stay stagnant but experimented a lot and gave us 7 tracks that are all so different from each other but still follow a main story very well and lyrics that were actually really clever and more deep than people gave credit for. Did you guys notice how bittersweet the daydream lyrics are? And what more do you even want him to do to prove himself? I don't know if there are people who still think the only thing that makes a good rapper is speed but this isn't true. Speed is a choice that has to do with style not skill and hoseok is in fact a master of trap rap and rapping out of pocket which you can Google if you want. Point is to me and to everyone who isn't unfavorably prejudiced rapline are all on an equal level these days and any one of them could be chosen since they can only nominate one person out of each group. I mean I was expecting hoseok to be nominated as the best dancer but I still voted for jimin because they both deserved it in my mind. At the end of the day I'm not going to tell you what to vote you do what you want this is a free society after all...but it's really saddening to see this tendency to underestimate him still happening now
