låt vila 30min plastat.

liiiite vatten
knead 10min
vrid 90 grader, slå i bordet vik över sig själv
låt jäsa 4 timmar
häll ut degen på omjölat bord, och skaka på lite mjöl över
vänd degen.
vänd in degen mot mitten för att skapa en boll, vänd sedan på degen igen.
låt vila täckt i plast 30min.
häll på lite mjöl och vänd sedan på degen
vänd:
botten nästan hela vägen till toppen
höger -------:---------- vänster
vänster -----:----------- höger
sen toppen hela vägen till botten
sen botten hela vägen till toppen
gör till boll.
tryck längs sidorna (kolla video) för att skapa spänning.
Ta en skål och lägg en kökshanduk i, mjöla handduken ordentligt
mjöla även degbollen, lägg sedan den uppochner i skålen och låt jäsa över natten i kyl.
ta ut degen 2 timmar innan användning.

sätt in grytan i ugnen (250grader)
vänd degen på en tallrik.
lägg försiktigt degen i grytan och skär med ett rakblad låggradigt
spreja vatten i grytan innan du sätter in den med lock i ugnen igen.
sätt ner tempraturen till 220.
efter 25 min, ta av locket. och låt stå i ugnen 25 min till.
