We understand that you would like to pay for your product 'Vu 98 cm (39 inch) Full HD LED TV' with order ID: OD211793386098088000 before the delivery.
We'd like to let you know that you can pay for your purchases without cash by yourself and convert the Cash on Delivery mode of payment to prepaid. Also, this can only done after the order is shipped and this feature is available only on the app.
Here are the scenarios to convert your payment mode:
1. Orders with single unit.
2. Courier service provider is 'Ekart Logistics'.
3. The status of the order is between 'Dispatched and Out for Delivery'.
4. Current payment mode is COD (Cash on Delivery).
5. Through Self-serve (app) or using the link provided to you via an email and sms.
Steps to convert COD order to Prepaid:
1. You will see a new button 'PAY NOW' on App only if all the above criterias are met
2. This will also be available to you when a Dispatched communication is triggered to your email
3. Once you clicks on this button, a new page will open up with the list of payment options
4. You will have the option to select from Net banking, Credit Card, Debit Card to make the payment (EMI, EGV, Wallet payment method will not be available)
5. Once the payment is successful, you will be redirected to 'Order Details' page with the new payment mode and appropriate message
6. Payment information will be sent to EKL and payment mode will be updated to prepaid, so that EKL will not ask you for payment at the time of delivery
7. If the payment is unsuccessful or fails, you will see a failure message and can retry the payment after 30 mins
We'd also like to let you know that your product is shipped by the seller and it'll reach you by March 20, 2018.

You can also track the step-by-step journey of your shipped orders easily through SMS notifications between 9 am and 9 pm. Opt for the 'Subscribe' option on the order details page to get these updates. You can also choose to opt out later if you like.
