We understand your concern about the exchange of your old TV with your product 'Vu 109cm (43 inch) Full HD LED Smart TV' of order 'OD212401265555188000'.

We are sorry for the trouble you had to go through.

We would like to let you know that following are the conditions of the product being returned. Please check that your old TV fulfills both the criteria:

1. Working - Switching on, display OK
2. No Damage - No physical scratches, no scuffs or dents on the body, no scratches or crack on the screen.

Products that will not be picked up:
1. In case of “working” CRT/LCD/LED TVs
2. Not working - TV which are not switching on / has audio / display issues
3. Display issue - There is discoloration, spots, lines or static on a part of the screen, muddled or no display.
4. Screen damage - There are scratches or cracks on the screen.
5. Body Damage - There are visible cracks/dents/scuffs or holes on the body.
6. Plasma TVs will not be accepted.

In case of “Not working” TVs
1. Screen damage - There are scratches or cracks on the screen.
2. Body Damage - There are visible cracks/dents/scuffs or holes on the body.
3. Black and White TVs and monitor screens will not be accepted.
4. Any government sponsored/NGO funded freebie (gift) TV will not be accepted under the buy-back program.

LCD/LED TVs: Screen Size is measured diagonally from the corners of the display area. This does not include the casing width.

The executive will perform the following checks at the time of pick up:
1. Brand, type and size of the TV should match the one declared for exchange at the time of purchase.
2. TV should be in working condition (Switching on and no display problems) in case of “Working” TVs.
3. TV Screen & body should not be in damaged / broken condition.
4. Un-installation of the TV would NOT be carried out by Flipkart.
5. TV should have intact display which will be verified at the time of handover.
6. Accessories (remotes, cables, etc.) are expected in return during exchange.
7. No documents (bills, warranty card etc.) of old TV will be collected during exchange.

However, we would like to let you know that the seller has refunded Rs. 21284/- for your order to your Credit Card on June 10, 2018. This will be credited to your account by June 20, 2018, as per standard banking procedures.

If you do not receive the refund by this time, you can contact your bank's customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the refund reference number: 74766518161822844669657. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department and they will surely help you out.
