Sweet Potato Fries

- Sweet Potato
- Garlic Powder
- Olive Oil
- Salt
1. Cut Sweet potato in half and then into the shapes of fries
2. Put cut potatoes into bowl
3. Add teaspoon of olive oil and mix with hands
4. Add garlic powder and salt and then mix with hands
5. Put into air fryer
Korean Crispy Tofy

- Extra Firm Tofu
- Soy Sauce
- Sesame Oil
- Rice Vinegar
- Almond Flour
- Bread Crumbs/Panko
- Gochujang (Red hot korean paste)
- Maple Syrup
- Tomato Sauce
- Toasted Sesame Oil
- Garlic Powder
- Toasted Sesame Seeds
1. Drain Tofu as much as possible
2. Cut Tofu into bite size pieces
3. Transfer cut tofu into a bowl
4. Add soy sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar
5. mix well with wooden spoon and make sure all the tofu is soaked
6. Pour almond flour and mix
7. Pour Bread crumbs/panko and mix
8. Transfer to Air Fryer
Sauce
a. put 1 tablespoon of gochujang in bowl
b. add a hint of maple syrup and mix with spoon
c. Add a lot of tomato sauce and mix
d. Add a little bit of toasted sesame oil and mix
e. Add a generous amount of garlic powder and mix
9. Transfer tofu into a bowl and mix with sauce
10. Add toasted sesame seeds and mix
