TROUBLESHOOTING

We are sorry to hear that you are facing an issue with your 'Moto E4 Plus (Iron Gray, 32 GB)' and you want refund.

We do like to let you know that as per the seller's return policy for your product, the seller can only provide you replacement in the unlikely event of the product received by you being damaged, defective or not as described on the product page.

We would request you to try these troubleshooting steps:

We do like to let you know that the smartphones are just like computers. They have Processes and Services running in the background and need a reboot regularly (At least once a week). If these processes and services are running for long time without a restart, they may cause issues.

Rebooting your device gives it a fresh start and is sometimes all you need to fix your issue. Press and hold the Power button on your smartphone to Reboot the device (If reboot isnt available, turn Off and then turn On your smartphone).

Check for anything that might be covering the speakerphone:
1) Ensure that the speakerphone on the device is not covered.
2) Ensure the protective film that ships with the device has been removed.
3) If you are using a case, cover or screen protector on the device, recommend removing and trying without it.

Check Volume:
1) Check if the device is on mute or low volume. If so, kindly increase the volume.

Reboot into safe mode:
Press and hold the power button.
1. Tap and hold the Restart button on-screen
2. In the safe mode confirmation box, tap OK.
3. The phone should now reboot into safe mode. This can be confirmed by the safe mode icon at the bottom left corner.
4. Now, please check if the device has the same issue. Eg: If a particular app wasn't working correctly, open the app to check functionality.
5. Just reboot normally to exit safe mode.

Perform a factory reset:
1) Pull down the notification panel and tap the settings icon.
2) Scroll down and choose Backup & reset.
3) Tap Factory data reset.
4) Tap reset phone.
5) Draw the pattern or enter the pin if applicable.
6) Tap Erase everything to initiate the factory reset.

Note: If applicable, try to back up data and remove the SD Card from the device to prevent accidental formatting while resetting.
