Hilton Hotel Questions (Training Receptionists)
Hello! I'm Bright, and I will be training you today! We will be doing a 5 questions recap quiz, a troll role play, and a normal role play. Questions before we start?
1. See the greeting (Something like "Hello! Welcome to Hilton Hotels, how may I help you?")
2. How many warning do you give an exploiter.
3. Which lane do you serve first? (Fast lane)
4. How many warning do you give a troller and/or spammer (3)
5. What are the 2 things you do after you give them their 3 warnings? (Call security and tell an MR/HR)
-Now we are on to the role play version of the test! I will come up to you and you must act appropriately for the situation I give you, understand?
Oh, and please note, whatever I say throughout this portion of the test, do not take it offensively! Ready?

Hilton Greeting and FAQ
Hello! Welcome to Hilton Hotels! I'm Bright, how can I help you?
If you have the Suite gamepass you should be in the Suite lane! So please kindly step over there and someone will get you a suite there.
You can search the Hilton Hotels group, or click the creator of the game in blue text you would see before joining this game, and that will lead you to the group. Join it!
You can go to a scheduled interview or fill an application open only on Saturdays. If you pass you go to a scheduled training session!

Hilton Training Guide
As a Receptionist you are going to be handing out rooms to others.

To give a player a room you will say “give PLAYER ROOM 201” or whatever other room number
To give a player a Suit you will say “give PLAYER Suit 200”

We know Suit is supposed to be spelled Suite, but in this case for the board we say Suit.

To take a Room away/clear it you say the same command only you say take: “Take player room 201”

The board will automatically take away the room if they leave or die so you will not have to do Room Checks!

The Gold Lane is the Fast lane you must serve these Guest first. The White lane is the Suite lane you will be handing these people suites. The other 2 blue lanes are STANDARD ROOMS. If someone asks for a Suite in a lane other than the White lane DO NOT Hand them a Suite.

When talking to a Guest you are going to start with a Friendly greeting like “Hello! Welcome to Hilton Hotels how may I help you today?”

Stay away from a greeting like "hey dude want a room m8" As that is not professional, and does not use grammar.

The self check in machines only work for people who have the fast lane game pass for regular rooms or the suite game pass to get either a room or a suite.

You will also be dealing with a lot of spammers, and trollers. In that case, give them 3 warnings, then call security over, and call an MR/HR.

A good warning would look like "Warning 1, Bright_ii- Spamming and abusing caps lock."

An example of a bad warning would look like "Warning 1, Bright_ii- Being ugly."

Aside from spammers, and trollers, you may also encounter a hacker/exploiter. In that case, give no warnings and call security ASAP to cuff them, and of course call an MR/HR.
