Important points to note (generic for mobiles and laptops):
* The guaranteed buyback amount is available on products listed by selected sellers where the value of the product will be higher than the BuyBack discount and the new product should be available on Flipkart under exchange offer
* The BuyBack amount is valid on products in working condition
* The product should be in working condition with the screen intact
* You can choose to exchange the product even after the 'BuyBack' policy period expires. However, BuyBack price will not be applicable.
* The product can still be exchanged on Flipkart at the product exchange price available at that point
* There will be a nominal pick up charges applicable during exchange
* While purchasing 'Buyback Guarantee Policy' for mobiles/ laptops, if 'Out of Stock' message appears on the check-out page, it's due to PIN code serviceability. In such cases, try with different PIN codes
Also, we would like to let you know that the redemption option will be visible on applicable products' page from the beginning of 6th month (154th day from the delivery date).
You will be able to redeem the BuyBack Guarantee value for your phone as a discount against the purchase of another phone on Flipkart that are sold by select sellers. Redemption of this offer will be done via ‘buy with exchange’.
