The main 2 things we I would like you to focus on are the discharge of the planning conditions for Weston and Grundy. We have brought an engineer on board for Weston that will provide a lot of standard detail for the construction but we will need to add a bit. The building control guy for grundy is happy to review our construction dwgs for Grundy and fill in any blanks. However, focus is on discharge of conditions.

Works to complete for you then;

Weston planning discharge – contact leon and see if he has made any progress on his. If not can you take over them as he is going to be on site as of Monday and not likely to be able to do it

Grundy planning discharge – we could really do with a document that pulls out all of the key info from the various reports. Perhaps a starting point would be to highlight in a pdf document what you think is important and I can pick it up from there.

Assuming Weston dwg is complete can you email dwg file to engineer Neil Bentley [email protected]

Weston; We are not going to have gas so we need to add cupboards for the electric boilers / tanks. Same spec as for grundy road so boiler cupboard sizes are the same. Add them in where you can but do it in a way that we can tell it is an addition – colour change or different layer etc if it is…if you can make use of existing cupboards do so.

Weston; ventilation is going to be tricky. There are existing vents shown on the elevations for the east and west anyway. They are the small rectangles below the windows. Can you work out how many of the bathrooms and kitchens we can vent through those existing vents. We can use rigid flat ducting and go around the walls if required. We may have to look at a building wide heat recovery system otherwise. We need to get on this pretty quick as the roof is coming off in 3 weeks and we will need to get any vents in that we are going to need.
