you have to always remember god is always with you. he heals, comforts and strengthens. god only puts you through things he knows you can handle so you gotta keep pushing since he’s testing you. like I said tho, we’re all gonna die sooner or later so you might as well learn how to love yourself and be happy while your still alive. once again you have to put in effort for that tho. find your inner peace, surround yourself with love, focus on yourself and your goals and each day you will grow and heal as a person with process. it all takes patience. for example i struggled through mental issues and i still do and working on it but ive improved sooo much. im focused on right now is reaching my goals, my personal growth, finding inner peace and surrounding myself with the right people and god. sometimes I don’t want to be positive. I let myself sulk and get the negativity out when i feel depressed, n let what I’m feeling for a minute and try to mediate and relax then I’ll get back. i used to think I️ was “broken and hopeless” over a year ago as yk but I️ switched my mentality to “im growing and healing” and my life changed for the better. i feel glowing and just so spiritually and mentally connected myself. I think personal growth isn't about becoming a different person, it's about fundamentally changing how you interact with who you already are. it’s a beautiful feeling know you’re becoming a more beautiful soul than you already are. im inlove w the thought of glowing and growing as a person. life is literally the perspective you make so question is are you gon live your life in peace or deconstruction? it all depends on your choice and effort.
