•Donor-Admins can only ban between 1 minute and 1440 minutes.
•Exceeding a ban time of 1440 minutes can ONLY be if applied if reported via forums.
•If you are in conflict with another admin who's in the wrong, report them. DO NOT BAN/KICK.

Ban Time/Length and What to Do



Reason input format:
Be sure to provide a link to our website (http://zethalgaming.boards.net)
on any bans placed so the user knows where to go if they've
been banned, so they may appeal it.


New player (s): Help them for a bit, If they don't know how to use a specific tool refer them to a website with further instruction, If they persist to whine Gag/Mute.

Player Prop Pushing/Abuse: Warning, kick, 60 minute ban, 1440 minute ban.

Excessive vulgar/offensive language: Warning, Gag/Mute, if rejoined to avoid punishment and continues 1440 ban + report via forums.

RDM: Warning + slay, kick, 60 minute ban.

RDM 2x: Warning + slay, 60 minute ban.

RDM 3x - 5x: 1440 minute ban.

RDM 5x+ (Massive Rdm): 1440 ban and INSTANTLY report it to via forums.

Trolling: Warning, Gag/Mute, 60 minute ban, if the player continues then report via forums.

Player Prop-Blocking Entities (Printers, Drugs, Weapon-Shipments): Warn, 1440 minute ban.

Random Demoting: Warning, kick, 60 minute ban, persists 1440 minute ban and report on forums.

Fail-RP: Warn and tell player to read our !MOTD, kick, 60 minute to 1440 minute ban depending on what they did.

Hackers: 1440 minute ban and INSTANTLY report on the forums.

DDoS Threats 1440 minute ban and INSTANTLY report on the forums.

Prop Spam: Warn them and make sure they know what they are doing may cause. If they continue 1440 minute banthen report to the forums right away.

How to Ban From Console

Currently our ULX ban & kicks are complicated and can have an attendance to glitch. So right now banning through console is the safest way unless you want to get in trouble.

After opening your console type this exactly without quotes (you need to use quotes before and after your reason) "ulx banid steam_id 1d "Reason""

Note #1: If you were to put "10" (without quotes) for a time it would equal to ten minutes.
Note #2: There are already ban out-puts in there for you, you can use them as long as they relate to the situation. For example if another Manager or myself was to give a strike I would type ulx banid steam_id "Strike" after I typed strike a drop down menu will show, it'll look like this: [link]

•1=1 min
•1h=1 hour
•1d=1 day
•1w=1 week
•0=Permanently (Server Admins & higher will be mainly using this command)


Donor Admin Guidelines & Strike Precautions
You get three strikes. On your third strike, your admin is revoked. Depending on the severity of your abuse, management can add multiple strikes at once.


By following the guidelines below, you can not only keep yourself safe from being striked, but also added to our trusted admins list. Those who are added to our trusted admins list are those next in line for server management positions.

Guidelines to Follow:
When banning a player, mention the ban reason, and be sure that the ban time is under 1 day (1440 minutes) If you feel the ban should be longer, talk to the management members in charge of player bans to increase the time.
You may NOT Role-Play as an Admin-on-Duty/Server-Admin-on-Duty.
We STRONGLY encourage you to use Console to prompt a ban towards a player. ULX Menu tends to glitch. If you use it and it does glitch, you will be held responsible of your actions, not blaming ULX.
Only use your ULX admin commands while "Admin on Duty". If you are found using any of them while not "Admin on Duty" you will be punished for doing so.
While, administrating the server, be fair, hear both sides of the story before taking action. If required, appoint the problem to a server admin if you feel you can't decide on your required action.
The only command you can use while not "Admin on Duty" is noclip. When using noclip, you should only be using it to help build. If you are found using noclip and not building with it, you will be punished.
Respect everyone. We know, some can be quite a handful, but treat everyone fairly. We do not tolerate disrespect from our players, and especially not from our admins. The actions you make is also how you make ThatDarkRPServer look. If you make us look bad, we'll have to solve the problem and punish/remove you for it.
Do not randomly phys-gun players, only phys-gun a player if they are stuck in a door, wall, ceiling. If you wish to speak to the person go AOD and teleport, NOT phys-gun and hold them.


How to Make a "Report an Admin" Thread
To Report an admin use the following Format.

After making the thread, wait 12-24 hours for a reply. YOU MUST HAVE PROOF. If you do not, you will be denied.


What is my SteamID?
Your steamID is the ID that specifies your account. It makes it easier for us admins to find the person you're reporting. This is not your nickname or steam name. It looks like this:
