Ailesiyle Los Santos'a gitmenin kavgasını yaptı. Sonunda ailesinden sıkılan Katie uçak biletini aldı. Los Santos'a taşınan Katie bir otelde çalışmaya başladı. Hedefi büyük olan Katie Los Santos'da dışardan okumaya başladı. Okulunda bin bir türlü tip olan Katie bir grup ile arasını çok iyi yaptı. Grubun başında olan kişi uyuşturucu manyağıydı. Katie bu insana aşık oldu. Katie bir zaman sonra uyuşturucaya başladı. Bunu maddi bir işe dönüştürmek isteyen Katie'ye yardımcı oldular. Katie artık yasadışı işler yapan bir kızdı.
