there was three children whose parents got perished in a terrible fire. The oldest sibling is violet, the middle sibling is Klaus, and the youngest sibling is Sunny (she is 2 years old). They then started living with a man named Count Olaf. He made them do very complicated chores. When he knew they were uncomfortable, he decided to do a play with the children, his troupes, and his neighbors. The play was called "The marvelous marriage." Klaus and Sunny were the audience of the wedding, while Violet was the bride ( the husband was Count Olaf). Violet wasn't comfortable to be the bride because when she says "I do" to Count Olaf and signs the marriage City HAll document paper, she will be legally married to Count Olaf and he will have control of their entire parents' fortune. But if she didn't act, then Sunny would have a painful death. So, she said "I do", but she signed with her left hand ( she is right handed) and that made her free and not legally married to Count Olaf ( Count Olaf ran away so he dosent get arrested). Finally, a man named Mr. Poe took them to his house because he knew Count Olaf was bad person, and decided to think of where to take them tomorrow.
