1- Listening carefully to what others say

5- Avoid negative words
*Using negative words, even if it means something good can affect how the other person reacts to your words.
6- Apologising is important
*Apologise when it's necessary because it tells the other person that you care.
7- Try avoiding the word ''you'' in teams and relationships
*Saying ''you'' singles out a person instead say ''we'' because its too aggressive.
8- Do not interrupt others when they speak
*Don't talk over others or raise your voice when other people are having conversations it's aggravating and impolite.
9- Disagree/decline politely if you have to
*saying ''NO'' is an impolite answer if someone offers you something instead you can say ''no thank you'' or ''i'm good thanks'' these are polite ways to decline or disagree.
