Tarantallegra adalah kutukan ringan yang berfungsi untuk memaksa kaki orang lain menari tak terkendali. Mantra ini berawal dari Italia, namun mantra ini pernah dilakukan dengan tidak semestinya oleh penyihir Zaccaria Innocenti.
Mantra ini digunakan terutama untuk membuat korban melakukan sesuatu yang lucu, namun masih dapat digunakan dalam duel.
Cara menggunakan, yaitu mengarahkan wand ke arah target, lalu mengucapkan jinx ini dengan pelafalan Ta-RON-ta-LEG-gra. kalau berhasil merapal mantra ini akan ada cahaya berwarna hijau dari wand.
Supaya berhasil merapal mantra ini diperlukan pandangan yang jelas dan tidak terhalang supaya dapat mengenai target dengan baik. Cara kerja mantra ini sendiri, dengan mengirimkan gelombang kejut ke bagian daerah ganglia galingis sehingga memberikan reaksi rangsangan yang berlebihan pada saraf yang berfungsi untuk menggerakkan anggota tubuh bagian kaki. Sehingga otak memerintahkan saraf tersebut untuk bergerak secara membabi buta dan spontan.
